		<description>I do agree with this, as time and demands keep changing. May be some time you long term vision not suites at the stage where you are after some time of caring it, then it would need a change in it, and we say vision is lost or we are distracted away from it.
Thus I can say that there is not necessary to have specific vision, but yes, you need to have mission.</description>
