		<description>I find the idea of this &quot;organizational culture&quot; to be very interesting. I&#039;ve been studying growth leadership recently and find that these often invisible-but-perceived cultural roadblocks are often impediments to growth within a corporation. 

You might be interested in a book I just read - &quot;The Catalyst&quot; - which deals with many of the ideas that you&#039;ve mentioned in this posting. It specifically examines the cases of many exemplary leaders who have overcome the &quot;corporate culture&quot; to facilitate growth. A great read!
