Change Your Management Practices, Not Your Culture

I believe it makes more sense to change the management practices of your managers  than to launch a culture change initiative.

  1. Happy New Year Stephen-

    What a great way to kick things off, with a vlog! Having done it myself for the first time only recently, I know that it’s a bit, oh, challenging to put yourself out there in this way– but what great results!

    A good example, too, that it’s not programs that make things change, but new actions. Leading by example is great too. :-)
